165,000 people per year die of Lung Cancer.

not good odds...

Journey,

How many of those are smoking related or can be determined to be, I wonder?

85 to 90% of all cases are due to smoking or chewing tobacco.

surprising to me, only 22% of adults smoke...I would have thought itwas closer to half!

1 in 5 not bad.

Only 5% survive lung cancer for a lengthy time period, the more I read the more depressing this is...smoking gotta be one of the single dumbest things anyone can do to themself.

also, a chest XRay cannot detect lung cancer, only a CT scan can detect .

hopefully someone will quit reading this.
